Delivery
Our standard delivery service is 3-5 business days. Any orders placed before 12pm is guaranteed for a next day delivery at an additional cosr. Any orders of £100 or more is free or charge.
Need something urgently?
We can offer same day delivery on certain products within Central London. If you require this service we would advise calling before placing an order. You can also use our click and collect service within one hour of placing an order, if the product is not in stock we can get it in the next working day.
Returns
Our returns policy lasts up to 14 Days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange if passing the 14 Day mark. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase for us to carry out the process. There are certain situations where no refunds will be offered: (If applicable) Any items not in its original condition (packaging), is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days. Late or missing refunds (If applicable):If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (If applicable): Refunds are for the actual amount paid. Exchanges (If applicable): Exchanging the current purchased product for another.
